External Factor Variable Connectivity Index
A new variable index, external factor variable connectivity index (EFVCI), is proposed, in which the atomic attribute is divided into two parts. The innate part is denoted as outer-shell electrons and external part or perturbation by other atoms is represented as summation, multiplied by a variable x, of squared reciprocal matrix of i row (corresponds ...

The sum-connectivity index of a simple graph G is defined in mathematical chemistry as R+(G) = ? uv?E(G)(du+dv)?1/2, where E(G) is the edge set of G and du is the degree of vertex u in G. We give a best possible lower bound for the sum-connectivity index of a graph (a triangle-free graph, respectively) with n vertices and minimum degree at ...

On eccentric connectivity index
The eccentric connectivity index, proposed by Sharma, Goswami and Madan, has been employed successfully for the development of numerous mathematical models for the prediction of biological activities of diverse nature. We now report mathematical properties of the eccentric connectivity index.

The Q-index and Connectivity of Graphs
A connected graph $G$ is said to be $k$-connected if it has more than $k$ vertices and remains connected whenever fewer than $k$ vertices are deleted. In this paper, for a connected graph $G$ with sufficiently large order, we present a tight sufficient condition for $G$ with fixed minimum degree to be $k$-connected based on the $Q$-index.

Computing the Variable Vertex-connectivity Index [PDF]
A Computer program has been designed for efficacious computation of the variable connectivity index. It has been tested on Randić’s and Basak’s work20 on aliphatic primary amines. We have repro-duced their results for the fit model. We have also cross-validated (CV) this model.

Amplified eccentric connectivity index of graphs [PDF]
A new distance based graphical index, coined as ampli ed eccentric connec- tivity index, has been established and the formulae to calculate the ampli ed eccentric connectivity index of some standard graphs, Dutch windmill graph and molecular graph of ...

Reproducibility of functional connectivity and graph measures based on the Phase Lag Index (PLI) and weighted Phase Lag Index (wPLI) derived from high resolution EEG [PDF]
Functional connectivity (FC) and graph measures provide powerful means to analyze complex networks. The current study determines the inter-subject-variability using the coefficient of variation (CoV) and long-term test-retest-reliability (TRT) using the ...

Representation of landscape hydrological connectivity using a topographically driven surface flow index. [PDF]
This paper assesses the extent to which a topographically defined description of the spatial arrangement of catchment wetness can be used to represent landscape hydrological connectivity in temperate river catchments.

A note on general sum-connectivity index
For a simple finite graph G, general sum-connectivity index is defined for any real number α as χα(G) = , which generalises both the first Zagreb index and the ordinary sum-connectivity index.
