Reply to Huemer on the Consequence Argument [PDF]
In a recent paper, Michael Huemer (2000) provides a new interpretation for 'N', the operator that occurs in Peter van Inwagen's Consequence Argument,1 and argues that, given that interpretation, the Consequence Argument is sound. I have no quarrel with Huemer's claim that the Consequence Argument is valid.

ABSTRACT Purpose Although not always achieved, complete chemotherapy‐induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) control is the conventional goal of CINV prophylaxis. In this two‐center, mixed‐methods study, we sought to understand the preferences of adolescent patients and family caregivers for CINV control endpoints.

Sharp asymptotic estimates for eigenvalues of Aharonov-Bohm operators with varying poles
We investigate the behavior of eigenvalues for a magnetic Aharonov-Bohm operator with half-integer circulation and Dirichlet boundary conditions in a planar domain. We provide sharp asymptotics for eigenvalues as the pole is moving in the interior of the

Intravitreal GD2‐Specific Chimeric Antigen Receptor T‐Cell Therapy for Refractory Retinoblastoma
ABSTRACT Effective treatments for advanced, treatment‐resistant retinoblastoma (RB) remain limited. GD2‐specific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells show potent antitumor activity with minimal toxicity but have not previously been evaluated in RB.

On an Argument of David Deutsch [PDF]
We analyse an argument of Deutsch, which purports to show that the deterministic part of classical quantum theory together with deterministic axioms of classical decision theory, together imply that a rational decision maker behaves as if the ...

Outcomes of Live Virus Vaccination in Patients With Vascular Anomalies Being Treated With Sirolimus
ABSTRACT Background Live vaccination in patients with vascular anomalies (VA) receiving sirolimus remains controversial due to immunosuppressive effects and theoretical risks. Procedure This single‐center retrospective study included patients with VA less than 4 years old at the start of sirolimus therapy who were incompletely vaccinated.

Univalent Foundations as a Foundation for Mathematical Practice [PDF]
I prove that invoking the univalence axiom is equivalent to arguing 'without loss of generality' (WLOG) within Propositional Univalent Foundations (PropUF), the fragment of Univalent Foundations (UF) in which all homotopy types are mere propositions.

ABSTRACT Background Kaposiform lymphangiomatosis (KLA) is an aggressive complex lymphatic anomaly. Patients exhibit malformed lymphatic vessels and often develop hemorrhagic effusions and elevated angiopoietin‐2 (Ang‐2) levels. A somatic NRAS p.Q61R (NRASQ61R) mutation has been associated with KLA.
