Influence of Dissimulation on Indexes of Response Consistency for the MMPI
Psychological Reports, 1985Whether indexes of consistent responding on the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) measured dissimulation versus random responding was evaluated with Veterans Administration Medical Center psychiatric patients who were applying for disability benefits.

Wage Indexation and the Time Consistency of Government Policy
The Scandinavian Journal of Economics, 1995Summary: This paper concerns the role of wage indexation as a mechanism for enabling an economy to achieve outcomes which would not otherwise be time consistent. The desirability of indexation depends on the size of real and nominal shocks, and on a policymaker's incentives for short run inflation surprises.

A practical approaches to decrease the consistency index in AHP
2014 Joint 7th International Conference on Soft Computing and Intelligent Systems (SCIS) and 15th International Symposium on Advanced Intelligent Systems (ISIS), 2014The Consistency is the most important measurement of the results from pairwise comparison in the AHP. Pairwise comparison is a method to calculate the weights for each element in order to perform a comparison of two advantages. The consistency of the AHP will be determined by the value of C.I. from the pairwise comparison table. If its value is for the

The Policy Modeling Research Consistency Index (PMC-Index)
SSRN Electronic Journal, 2010This paper will present a new definition and classification about policy modeling. Additionally, this paper proposes a new index is entitled “The Policy Modeling Research Consistency Index (PMC) Index.” There are four basic phases in the implementation of PMC-Index. The first phase is the using of multi-input-output table.

The computation and application of random consistency index
The 2nd International Conference on Information Science and Engineering, 2010Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is a method frequently used in mathematical modeling. Its consistency must be tested, after the positive reciprocal matrix of paired comparison is constructed. The formal test results of random consistency indices were of lower order.

Development of a Consistent Food Security Index
2011This study developed a food security index that is consistent with four principles: boundedness, reliability, duplicability, and applicability. The index is called KUFSI which is easy to interpret and comparable. The KUFSI is composed of three components: physical, economic, and market component.

Time consistency, indexation and the costs of inflation
Economics Letters, 1993Abstract We examine the effects of indexation measures on inflation, costs of inflation and economic welfare within the Barro-Gordon (Journal of Political Economy, 1983, 91, 589–610) model. The main result is that wage indexation in addition to making the Phillips curve steeper, also reduces the marginal cost of inflation, which is inflationary.

Wage Indexation and Time Consistency.
Journal of Money, Credit and Banking, 1994This note presents a simple model where the decision on the degree of wage indexation is taken by a 'large' agent, such as the government. The optimal degree of indexing is shown to depend on the variance of real shocks and on the 'inflations bias' of the government, due to the incentive to raise employment above the market-clearing level.
