Consistent determination of the contrast ratio of white inks
Journal of Coatings Technology and Research, 2021Translucency is a critical property of print on flexible packaging. It forms the basis for obtaining full color gamut, hiding the contents of a package and even creating the scanner readable digital codes for point of purchase tracking. The print industry has followed the paint and decorative coatings industry, the paper industry and the plastics ...

Subset Ratio Dynamic Selection for Consistency Enhancement Evaluation
2020Due to poor imaging conditions, large-scale underwater images need the consistency enhancement. According to the subset-guided consistency enhancement evaluation criterion, the existing subset selection methods need too much candidate samples from a whole imageset without any adaptation on data content.

Consistent Transformation of Ratio Metrics for Efficient Online Controlled Experiments
Proceedings of the Eleventh ACM International Conference on Web Search and Data Mining, 2018We study ratio overall evaluation criteria (user behavior quality metrics) and, in particular, average values of non-user level metrics, that are widely used in A/B testing as an important part of modern Internet companies» evaluation instruments (e.g., abandonment rate, a user»s absence time after a session).

Tissue-air ratio, peak scatter factor and consistency
Physics in Medicine & Biology, 1974Attention is drawn to the contribution from scattered photons to the reference quality for tissue-air ratio. Consistency between tissue-air ratio and peak scatter factor is discussed. The magnitude of possible discrepancies is estimated. Means by which consistency could be restored are suggested.

Improved Consistency Ratio for Pairwise Comparison Matrix in Analytic Hierarchy Processes
Asia-Pacific Journal of Operational Research, 2016The analytical hierarchy process (AHP) uses pairwise comparison matrix (PCM) to rank a known set of alternatives. Sometimes the comparisons made by the experts may be inconsistent which results in incorrect weights and rankings for the AHP. In this paper, a method is proposed which identifies inconsistent elements in a PCM and revises them iteratively

Advantages Of A Consistant Definition For Mobility Ratio
Annual Technical Meeting, 1975Abstract One of the more difficult scaling requirements to meet is that the relative permeabilities must be the same functions of saturation in the model and the prototype. Under certain circumstances, this restriction may be relaxed, provided the mobility ratio is defined in an appropriate manner.

ANNUAL REPORT FINANCIAL RATIO COMPONENT CONSISTENCY
Asian Review of Accounting, 1996Annual changes in financial ratio values are susceptible to ambiguous interpretation because of different applications of generally accepted accounting principles and different numerator/denominator component selections. The paper investigates financial ratio disclosure within annual reports, and the extent to which the underlying ratio components vary

Styrene based copolymers for consistent reactivity ratio evaluation
Materials Chemistry and Physics, 2018Abstract The reactivity ratio parameters or r-parameters are the most important indicators for the characterization of copolymers. Consequently, over the last decades, a variety of methods have been developed to determine and predict the r-parameters.

How to Achieve Consistent Paired Ratio Comparisons
1993This article deals with methods for replacing inconsistent paired ratio comparisons by consistent ones. Saaty’s eigenvector method as well as methods favoured by other authors are taken into consideration. The preferred tool of analysis is given by ten axioms.

Self-consistent calculation of phonon gyromagnetic ratios in 208Pb
JETP Letters, 2014Within the Theory of Finite Fermi Systems the gyromagnetic ratios gLph of all low-lying phonons in 208Pb are calculated. The input data, i.e., single-particle energies, single-particle wavefunctions, and the ph interaction are derived from the Energy Density Functional by Fayans et al.
