This study evaluated the effect of TRT combined with IO in elderly ES‐SCLC patients. CRT‐IO should be prioritized as a treatment in patients with good KPS and liver metastasis. CRT could be a viable option for those with a compromised performance status or for whom economic factors are a concern.
