Temperature dependence of contact resistance for gold-graphene contacts
2017 47th European Solid-State Device Research Conference (ESSDERC), 2017We report temperature dependent transport properties of back-gated graphene TLM structures in a wide temperature range from 35 K to 450 K. We use gold as the contact material and find that the contact resistance exhibits a strong temperature dependence, dropping considerably to a value of 315±127 Ωμm at 35 K as compared to 957±210 Ωμm at 450 K measured

Determining specific contact resistivity from contact end resistance measurements
IEEE Electron Device Letters, 1984A method is described to determine specific contact resistivity from contact end resistance measurements using a transmission line model. A test pattern is described which minimizes the effect of current fringing around contact corners and yields an accurate determination of contact width.

Novel method to determine contact resistivity and sheet resistance under the contact
International Journal of Electronics, 1999A method to determine specific contact resistance and sheet resistivity under the contact using two L-type cross Kelvin resistors is presented. In the model analysed in the present paper, the sheet resistivity under the contact was different from the resistance of the layer outside the contact.

Review of Scientific Instruments, 1967An instrument for measuring the long term quality of electrical connecting devices is described. The parameter which controls this property is the contact resistance. In the instrument described, the contact and bulk resistance are separated by utilizing the difference in thermal response time between a contact spot and bulk metal.
