Seasonality in Marine Organic Carbon Export and Sequestration Pathways
Abstract The ocean's biological carbon pump transports organic carbon from the surface to depth via three main pathways: the gravitational sinking of particles, active transport by vertically migrating zooplankton, and mixing and advection of suspended and dissolved organic carbon.

Abstract Dense shelf water (DSW) formed on Antarctica's continental shelves is a significant precursor for Antarctic Bottom Water (AABW), a critical component of global overturning circulation. We hypothesize that DSW cascades off the central Ross Sea shelf generated density currents that entrained sediment as they flowed down Hillary Canyon, resulting

On the exact solutions of the Bianchi IX cosmological model in the proper time
It has recently been argued that there might exist a four-parameter analytic solution to the Bianchi IX cosmological model, which would extend the three-parameter solution of Belinskii et al. to one more arbitrary constant.

The Immunogenicity of Human Senescent Cells Is Dependent on the Senescence Inducer and Cell Type
Using multiple cell types and autologous immune cells, the authors present the first comprehensive evaluation of the immunogenicity of human senescent cells. Their findings demonstrate that, despite exhibiting a unique immunopeptidome, senescent fibroblasts are not recognized by immune cells.

Pharmacophore‐based virtual screening and molecular dynamics identified pentagalloylglucose and tannic acid as potent, non‐toxic neprilysin inhibitors. These natural compounds demonstrated strong binding affinity and stable interactions with the catalytic Zn2+ site, offering promising leads for cardiovascular drug development. ABSTRACT Neprilysin (NEP),

Sleep and False Memory Production: The Modulating Role of Immediate Testing and Type of Retrieval
ABSTRACT Data on the effect of sleep on false memories are mixed. Here we address two methodological issues which could explain these inconsistencies: the use of free recall vs. recognition tasks and the absence of immediate testing. In a mixed design, 8 word lists from the Deese‐Roediger‐McDermott task were administered to a Recall (n = 20) and a ...

ALPHONSE DAUDET: LA TRADICIÓN ORAL, FÁBRICA DE LOS CUENTOS
In Lettres de mon moulin, Daudet imagines a narrative syntax at the centre of which is a « windmill of words », a real and symbolic geography. The subject of the enunciation is the first person, the traditional narrator and the modern writer who rewrites

ABSTRACT We learn from our mistakes, often through external feedback. However, there is little research into the intertwining of a student's neural error‐monitoring and their monitoring of external feedback (feedback‐monitoring), or how error feedback received from external sources is experienced emotionally.
