Challenge and Implementation of Content-Centric Networking
CCN is communication architecture that takes content as a primitive, and retrieves content by name, not by host IP again. It builds on publish/subscribe and network-embedded caching with bandwidth-storage tradeoff.Since it is a clean-slate design, there are ...

IVCN: Information-Centric Network Slicing Optimization Based on NFV in Fog-Enabled RAN
Content service has become the most popular service that occupies plenty of caching and networking resources. In order to deliver content to end users with high QoE and low infrastructure cost, network function virtualization is deemed as a promising ...

This study reveals how the mitochondrial protein Slm35 is regulated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The authors identify stress‐responsive DNA elements and two upstream open reading frames (uORFs) in the 5′ untranslated region of SLM35. One uORF restricts translation, and its mutation increases Slm35 protein levels and mitophagy.

Distributed Consensus in Content Centric Networking
We describe a method to achieve distributed consensus in a Content Centric Network using the PAXOS algorithm. Consensus is necessary, for example, if multiple writers wish to agree on the current version number of a CCNx name or if multiple distributed systems wish to elect a leader for fast transaction processing.

ISBORD: Internet Searching based on Resource Description
Based on the Information-Centric Networking (ICN) concept and the mature model of the current TCP/IP-based Internet, we propose content searching based on universal and scalable resource description, namely ISBORD (Internet Searching based on Resource ...

Application Areas of Information-Centric Networking: State-of-the-Art and Challenges
The Information-Centric Network (ICN) paradigm has gained popularity since its inception. The host-based IP networks were not primarily designed to handle scenarios that it is exposed to on the current Internet. In that direction lot of research has been

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Formalization of the Behavior of Content-Centric Networking
AbstractContent-Centric Networking (CCN) is a communications architecture that is based on the names of contents, rather than on ad- dresses. The protocol used in CCN does not apply to end-to-end communications but is, instead, for network-wide communications. Each node sends packets to the nodes that are connected to it, which communicate with further
