CDFormer:When Degradation Prediction Embraces Diffusion Model for Blind Image Super-Resolution [PDF]
Existing Blind image Super-Resolution (BSR) methods focus on estimating either kernel or degradation information, but have long overlooked the essential content details. In this paper, we propose a novel BSR approach, Content-aware Degradation-driven Transformer (CDFormer), to capture both degradation and content representations.

TextSR: Content-Aware Text Super-Resolution Guided by Recognition [PDF]
Scene text recognition has witnessed rapid development with the advance of convolutional neural networks. Nonetheless, most of the previous methods may not work well in recognizing text with low resolution which is often seen in natural scene images. An intuitive solution is to introduce super-resolution techniques as pre-processing.

User Centric Content Management System for Open IPTV Over SNS (ICTC2012) [PDF]
Coupled schemes between service-oriented architecture (SOA) and Web 2.0 have recently been researched. Web-based content providers and telecommunications company (Telecom) based Internet protocol television (IPTV) providers have struggled against each other to accommodate more three-screen service subscribers. Since the advent of Web 2.0, more abundant

LIRA: A Location Independent Routing Layer based on Source-Provided Ephemeral Names [PDF]
We identify the obstacles hindering the deployment of Information Centric Networking (ICN) and the shift from the current IP architecture. In particular, we argue that scalability of name resolution and the lack of control of content access from content providers are two important barriers that keep ICN away from deployment.

RTSR: A Real-Time Super-Resolution Model for AV1 Compressed Content [PDF]
Super-resolution (SR) is a key technique for improving the visual quality of video content by increasing its spatial resolution while reconstructing fine details. SR has been employed in many applications including video streaming, where compressed low-resolution content is typically transmitted to end users and then reconstructed with a higher ...
