Flipping the Switch: MeCP2‐Mediated Lactylation Rewires Microglial Metabolism and Inflammation via the HK2/mTOR Axis in Poststroke Neuroinflammation

Stroke‐induced lactate accumulation promotes p300‐mediated lactylation of methyl‐CpG binding protein 2 (MeCP2) at lysine 210, which reprograms microglial metabolism toward glycolysis and activates the hexokinase 2 (HK2)/mTOR axis. This cascade promotes proinflammatory responses and impairs neurofunctional outcomes.

CRISPR in MOF Formulation with Enhanced Stability, Activity, and Altered PAM Specificity for Broad‐Spectrum Diagnosis of Bacterial Sepsis

CRISPR‐FLEXMO (CRISPR with flexible PAM in MOF encapsulation) integrates a PAM‐relaxed Cas12a K607R enzyme with a manganese‐coordinated MOF for broad‐spectrum diagnosis of bacterial sepsis. The MOF enhances activity and preserves functionality under heat, solvent, and chaotropic stress, supporting long‐term room‐temperature storage.

IL4I1⁺ Macrophages and TDO2⁺ Myofibroblasts Drive AhR‐Mediated Immunosuppression and Ferroptosis Resistance in Solid Predominant Lung Adenocarcinoma

Solid predominant lung adenocarcinoma exhibits an immune‐excluded, ferroptosis‐resistant niche enriched with IL4I1⁺ TAMs and TDO2⁺ myCAFs. Spatial and multi‐omics analyses reveal AhR‐driven crosstalk that promotes T cell exhaustion and therapy resistance. Blocking AhR with CH‐223191 restores ferroptosis sensitivity, and its combination with ferroptosis

Population‐Based Multi‐Omics and Cohort Study Identifying Predictive Biomarkers and Therapeutic Targets for Psoriatic Disease

Psoriatic disease (PsD) is a chronic skin disease, with challenges in early risk stratification and drug development. Through gene‐level causal inference framework and expression level validation, combined with longitudinal cohort study, CDSN and PRSS8 have been identified as candidate biomarkers and therapeutic targets for PsD.
