Continuous spin-freeze-drying is an innovative pharmaceutical manufacturing approach offering real-time monitoring and control at the individual vial level, unlike conventional batch lyophilization. A central feature of this technology is spin-freezing, which involves rapidly spinning liquid-filled vials under a precisely controlled cold gas flow ...

A UV‐triggered injectable dual‐network hydrogel is reported as the first application of bletilla striata polysaccharide (BSP) in osteochondral repair. By integrating methacrylamide‐modified BSP and nitrobenzaldehyde‐functionalized hyaluronic acid, the system achieves immunomodulation, mechanical reinforcement, and dynamic tissue adhesion, thereby ...

Demonstration of Extracellular Space by Freeze-Drying in the Cerebellar Molecular Layer [PDF]
In electron micrographs of the molecular layer of the mouse cerebellum frozen within 30 sec of circulatory arrest and subsequently dried at -79 °C an appreciable extracellular space was found between the axons of the granular cells.

Mapping Nanoscale Buckling in Atomically Thin Cr2Ge2Te6
Atomic‐resolution STEM is used to resolve nanoscale buckling in monolayer Cr2Ge2Te₆. A noise‐robust image analysis reconstructs three‐dimensional lattice distortions from single plan‐view images, revealing pronounced defect‐driven nm‐scale out‐of‐plane buckling.
