To conduct an environmental risk assessment for metals in the groundwater of a site in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, we analyzed seven metals (Cr, Zn, Pb, Ni, Sb, Cu, and Tl) that exhibited higher detection rates among the elements we measured.

Cis‐regulatory and long noncoding RNA alterations in breast cancer – current insights, biomarker utility, and the critical need for functional validation

Strength through diversity: how cancers thrive when clones cooperate

PARP inhibition and pharmacological ascorbate demonstrate synergy in castration‐resistant prostate cancer

Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.
