Behaviour near the boundary for solutions of elasticity systems
In this article we study the behaviour near the boundary for weak solutions of the system $$ u''-muDelta u-(lambda +mu )abla (alpha (x),{ m div}, u)=h,, $$ with $u(x,t)=0$ on the boundary of a domain $Omegain {R}^n$, and $u(x,0)=u^0$, $u'(x,0)=u^1$ in ...

Integrating ancestry, differential methylation analysis, and machine learning, we identified robust epigenetic signature genes (ESGs) and Core‐ESGs in Black and White women with endometrial cancer. Core‐ESGs (namely APOBEC1 and PLEKHG5) methylation levels were significantly associated with survival, with tumors from high African ancestry (THA) showing ...

There is an unmet need in metastatic breast cancer patients to monitor therapy response in real time. In this study, we show how a noninvasive and affordable strategy based on sequencing of plasma samples with longitudinal tracking of tumour fraction paired with a statistical model provides valuable information on treatment response in advance of the ...

Soft‐switching multiport DC‐DC converter for PV/EV applications with a bidirectional port
This paper proposes a new soft‐switching bidirectional multiport DC/DC converter for PV/EV applications. The proposed topology is capable of using several different sources simultaneously.

Loss of the frequently mutated chromatin remodeler ARID1A, a subunit of the SWI/SNF cBAF complex, results in less open chromatin, alternative splicing, and the failure to stop cells from progressing through the cell cycle after DNA damage in bladder (cancer) cells. Created in BioRender. Epigenetic regulators, such as the SWI/SNF complex, with important

The purpose of this work is to investigate the controllability of non-instantaneous impulsive (NII) Hilfer fractional (HF) neutral stochastic evolution equations with a non-dense domain. We construct a new set of adequate assumptions for the existence of

This study highlights the importance of multi‐omic analyses in characterizing colorectal cancers. Indeed, our analysis revealed a rare CMS1 exhibiting dampened immune activation, including reduced PD‐1 expression, moderate CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, and suppressed JAK/STAT pathway.
