, 2023 当院では以前よりNST 介入患者のみにControlling Nutritional Status（CONUT）法を用いて栄養評価を行っていたが、全入院患者の栄養スクリーニング評価を行い、栄養不良患者を抽出してNST 介入につなげたいと考えた。CONUT 法はスコア化にT-CHO を必要とするが、測定依頼がない場合もあり、全入院患者のスクリーニングを実施することは困難であった。そこでT-CHO の代替項目としてHb 濃度を用いるCONUT 変法であれば可能であると考え、実際に当院で代用可能か比較検討した。
