The convergence and partial convergence of alternating series [PDF]
The alternating series is Σ n = 1 ∞ j n f ( n ) = [ j ] f \Sigma _{n = 1}^\infty {j_n}f(n) = [j]f , with f a single-signed monotonic function of ...

As many patients with inflammatory arthritis (IA) have chronic pain, understanding how to best assess and manage pain in IA is a priority. Comorbid depression is prevalent in adults with IA, affecting 15% to 39% of people. Although pain and depression are thought to be associated in IA, this concept is largely based on cross‐sectional data.

Convergence S-compactifications
[EN] Properties of continuous actions on convergence spaces are investigated. The primary focus is the characterization as to when a continuous action on a convergence space can be continuously extended to an action on a compactification of the convergence space. The largest and smallest such compactifications are studied.
