Free Stein kernels and an improvement of the free logarithmic Sobolev inequality
We introduce a free version of the Stein kernel, relative to a semicircular law. We use it to obtain a free counterpart of the HSI inequality of Ledoux, Peccatti and Nourdin, which is an improvement of the free logarithmic Sobolev inequality of Biane and

Fully Projection-Free Proximal Stochastic Gradient Method With Optimal Convergence Rates
Proximal stochastic gradient plays an important role in large-scale machine learning and big data analysis. It needs to iteratively update models within a feasible set until convergence.

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

A global observer for attitude and gyro biases from vector measurements
We consider the classical problem of estimating the attitude and gyro biases of a rigid body from vector measurements and a triaxial rate gyro. We propose a simple "geometry-free" nonlinear observer with guaranteed uniform global asymptotic convergence ...

Mechanisms of IgE‐mediated food allergy and the role of allergen‐specific B cells
Food allergy arises when allergen‐specific B cells preferentially produce immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies against harmless foods. This article explains the mechanisms driving IgE‐mediated reactions, highlights the central role of these B cells, and discusses how natural tolerance (NT) and oral immunotherapy (OIT) can reshape allergic immune responses.

Exploiting metabolic adaptations to overcome dabrafenib treatment resistance in melanoma cells
We show that dabrafenib‐resistant melanoma cells undergo mitochondrial remodeling, leading to elevated respiration and ROS production balanced by stronger antioxidant defenses. This altered redox state promotes survival despite mitochondrial damage but renders resistant cells highly vulnerable to ROS‐inducing compounds such as PEITC, highlighting redox

Semilocal Convergence Theorem for the Inverse-Free Jarratt Method under New Hölder Conditions
Under the new Hölder conditions, we consider the convergence analysis of the inverse-free Jarratt method in Banach space which is used to solve the nonlinear operator equation. We establish a new semilocal convergence theorem for the inverse-free Jarratt
