Integrated Field‐Free SOT Domain‐Wall Synapses and MTJ Stochastic Neurons for Hardware Boltzmann Machines

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Field‐free spin‐orbit torque domain‐wall synapses integrated with stochastic MTJ neurons enable compact hardware Boltzmann machines. Leveraging intrinsic stochasticity and multi‐level conductance, the system achieves efficient probabilistic learning with high accuracy, demonstrating a scalable spintronic platform for energy‐efficient edge AI.

On Equivalents of the Riemann Hypothesis Connected to the Approximation Properties of the Zeta Function

open access: yesAxioms
The famous Riemann hypothesis (RH) asserts that all non-trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function ζ(s) (zeros different from s=−2m, m∈N) lie on the critical line σ=1/2.

A Skorohod Representation Theorem for Uniform Distance [PDF]

open access: yes
Let µn be a probability measure on the Borel sigma-field on D[0, 1] with respect to Skorohod distance, n = 0. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the following statement are provided.

Historical Foundation and Practical Guideline for Ferroelectric Switching Kinetic Studies

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The P and U pulses in the conventional PUND measurements are not identical because of the interplay between switching current and the measurement circuit components. This circuit effect can lead to a shift in polarization transients and misinterpreted physics in the switching kinetics.

Proof mining and probability theory

open access: yesForum of Mathematics, Sigma
We extend the theoretical framework of proof mining by establishing general logical metatheorems that allow for the extraction of the computational content of theorems with prima facie “noncomputational” proofs from probability theory, thereby unlocking ...

Optimization of Computer Network Energy Efficient Routing Based on Improved Ant Algorithm

open access: yesChemical Engineering Transactions, 2016
Computer network route optimization has been a subject of more attention in the art. This article routing optimization issues in-depth study of the ant colony algorithm to solve distributed parallelism, and propose measures for improvement ant colony ...

Interplay Between Phase Evolution, Fe Migration, and Oxygen Redox in O3‐Type NaxFeyMn1−yO2 Cathodes

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Why do Na‐ion battery cathodes, that are compositionally closely related, follow different structural paths during battery operation? This work shows how Fe content controls when iron atoms migrate from their original sites. Early migration locks the layers and blocks key phase transitions, whereas delayed migration permits fuller structural ...

CONVERGENCE OF MARKOV CHAIN APPROXIMATIONS TO STOCHASTIC REACTION DIFFUSION EQUATIONS [PDF]

open access: yes
In the context of simulating the transport of a chemical or bacterial contaminant through a moving sheet of water, we extend a well established method of approximating reaction-diffusion equations with Markov chains by allowing convection, certain ...

3D Printing Innovations in Polymeric Porous and Patterned Architecture

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Polymeric foams occupy a unique structural space between dense solids and open networks, where engineered void fraction governs mechanical compliance, thermal resistance, and mass transport. Additive manufacturing now enables precise spatial control over cellular architecture, unlocking designer foam structures across applications spanning crash ...

Particle approximations of Wigner distributions for n arbitrary observables

open access: yesPhysical Review Research
A class of signed joint probability measures for n arbitrary quantum observables is derived and studied based on quasicharacteristic functions with symmetrized operator orderings of Margenau-Hill type.
