A general construction of barycentric coordinates over convex polygons
The paper is devoted to the study of a generalization of classical barycentric coordinates to convex polygons: the so called ``Wachspress coordinates''. The main properties of these coordinates are established. Then, the three-points and respectively the five-points coordinates are examined in details. Some examples are also presented.
