Photonic Engineering Enables All‐Passive Upconversion Imaging with Low‐Intensity Near‐Infrared Light
A passive upconversion imaging system enables the observation of scenes illuminated by low‐intensity incoherent near‐infrared light from 750 to 930 nm, by converting it into the visible without the use of external power. The upconverter is enabled by triplet–triplet annihilation in a bulk heterojunction, with absorption enhanced by plasmonic resonators

A multivalent antiviral platform based on honeycomb‐shaped DNA nanostructures (HC–Urumin) is developed to enhance the potency and breadth of the host defense peptide Urumin. Through spatially patterned trimeric presentation, HC–Urumin disrupts influenza A virus entry, improves cell viability, and reduces disease severity in vivo‐offering a modular and ...

In situ TEM uncovers the atomic‐scale mechanisms underlying hydrogen‐driven γ‐Fe2O3→Fe3O4→FeO reduction. In γ‐Fe2O3, oxygen vacancies cluster around intrinsic Fe vacancies, leading to nanopore formation, whereas in Fe3O4, vacancy aggregation is suppressed, preserving a dense structure.

A New Fuzzy Multiobjective Geometric Programming in Double Sampling in Presence of Non-Response
Non-linear programming problems can be solved efficiently by geometric programming in which non-linear expressions can be expressed by an exponential or power functions. In this paper, Double Sampling Stratification (DSS) strategy is used in multivariate

Sequential Convex Programming Methods for A Class of Structured Nonlinear Programming [PDF]
In this paper we study a broad class of structured nonlinear programming (SNLP) problems. In particular, we first establish the first-order optimality conditions for them.

Stable Camera Motion Estimation Using Convex Programming
We study the inverse problem of estimating n locations $t_1, ..., t_n$ (up to global scale, translation and negation) in $R^d$ from noisy measurements of a subset of the (unsigned) pairwise lines that connect them, that is, from noisy measurements of ...

Some procedures for solving special max-min fractional rank-two reverse-convex programming problems
In this paper we suggest some procedures for solving two special classes of \(\max\)-\(\min\) fractional reverse-convex programs. We show that a special bilinear fractional max-min reverse-convex program can be solved by a linear reverse-convex ...

A recursively feasible and convergent Sequential Convex Programming procedure to solve non-convex problems with linear equality constraints [PDF]
A computationally efficient method to solve non-convex programming problems with linear equality constraints is presented. The proposed method is based on a recursively feasible and descending sequential convex programming procedure proven to converge to

Membrane Wrapping for High Capacity and Rapidly Switchable Adhesives
A membrane‐wrapping mechanism enables high‐capacity, rapidly switchable adhesion by coupling suction, friction, and adhesion. Broadband performance is achieved in dry and underwater conditions, allowing fast, reversible manipulation of objects of diverse sizes and shapes, from delicate eggs and berries to flat, complex, or heavy objects. These outcomes
