Fourier–Zernike Series of Convolutions on Disks [PDF]

open access: yesMathematics, 2018
This paper presents a systematic study of the analytic aspects of Fourier⁻Zernike series of convolutions of functions supported on disks. We then investigate different aspects of the presented theory in the cases of zero-padded functions.

Analysis of scalar fields with series convolution

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields
Wave equations for some curved spacetimes may involve functions that prevent a solution in a closed form. In some cases, these functions can be eliminated by transformations and the solutions can be found analytically.

Restoration of a blurred photographic image of a moving object obtained at the resolution limit

open access: yesРоссийский технологический журнал, 2023
Objectives. When processing images of the Earth’s surface obtained from satellites, the problem of restoring a blurry image of a moving object is of great practical importance.

Optimization of the 2P fifth degree convolution kernel in the spectral domain [PDF]

open access: yesBulletin of Natural Sciences Research, 2023
The first part of the paper describes a two-parameter (2P) fifth-order interpolation kernel, r. After that, from the 2P kernel, the kernel components were created.

Hybrid Dilated and Recursive Recurrent Convolution Network for Time-Domain Speech Enhancement

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2022
In this paper, we propose a fully convolutional neural network based on recursive recurrent convolution for monaural speech enhancement in the time domain. The proposed network is an encoder-decoder structure using a series of hybrid dilated modules (HDM)

A T-CNN time series classification method based on Gram matrix

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2022
Time series classification is a basic task in the field of streaming data event analysis and data mining. The existing time series classification methods have the problems of low classification accuracy and low efficiency.

Dirichlet Series and Convolution Equations

open access: yesPublications of the Research Institute for Mathematical Sciences, 1988
There are two main methods to study analytic continuation properties of Dirichlet series \[ f(s)=\sum_{n\geq 1}a_ ne^{\lambda_ ns}\quad with\quad finite\quad density, \] i.e., \(n/\lambda_ n=0(1)\). One is due to Hadamard and consists of the use of entire functions \(\gamma\) that interpolate the values \(a_ n\) at the points \(z=\lambda_ n\) (cf ...

Fourier Series and Transforms via Convolution

open access: yesCoRR, 2022
In this paper we show an alternative way of defining Fourier Series and Transform by using the concept of convolution with exponential signals. This approach has the advantage of simplifying proofs of transforms properties and, in our view, may be interesting for educational purposes.

Multiple Dirichlet series and shifted convolutions

open access: yesJournal of Number Theory, 2016
We define, and obtain the meromorphic continuation of, shifted Rankin-Selberg convolutions in one and two variables. As sample applications, this continuation is used to obtain estimates for single and double shifted sums and a Burgess-type bound for $L$-series associated to modular forms of arbitrary central character.
