The ice-on-coil storage tank is one of the core devices in the latent heat cold storage system. The main objective of this study is to couple the solar photovoltaic cold storage with Cold Thermal Energy Storage technology.

RKIP overexpression reduces lung adenocarcinoma aggressiveness and sensitizes cells to EGFR‐targeted therapies

RKIP, a metastasis suppressor protein, modulates key oncogenic pathways in lung adenocarcinoma. In silico analyses linked low RKIP expression to poor survival. Functional studies revealed RKIP overexpression reduces tumor aggressiveness and enhances sensitivity to EGFR‐targeted therapies, while its loss promotes resistance.

Characterizing the salivary RNA landscape to identify potential diagnostic, prognostic, and follow‐up biomarkers for breast cancer

This study explores salivary RNA for breast cancer (BC) diagnosis, prognosis, and follow‐up. High‐throughput RNA sequencing identified distinct salivary RNA signatures, including novel transcripts, that differentiate BC from healthy controls, characterize histological and molecular subtypes, and indicate lymph node involvement.

An optimized protocol to detect high‐throughput DNA methylation from custom targeted sequences on 96 samples simultaneously

Workflow of a high‐throughput technology for epigenotyping of differentially methylated CpGs in specific regions of the genome. The protocol works with small amounts of DNA extracted from blood or semen. The protocol consists of both enzymatic conversion of unmethylated cytosines and capture by hybridization with a custom panel.
