Multi-UAVs Cooperative Localization Algorithms with Communication Constraints [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Communication is the basis of multi-UAVs cooperative localization. There will be some communication delay and packet loss when one UAV communicates with others, and these communication restrictions may have negative influences on multi-UAV cooperative ...

Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Sequential Uniformly Reweighted Sum-Product Algorithm for Cooperative Localization in Wireless Networks

open access: yesInternational Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks, 2014
Graphical models have been widely applied in solving distributed inference problems in wireless networks. In this paper, we formulate the cooperative localization problem in a mobile network as an inference problem on a factor graph.

Multi-node cooperation based robust visible light intelligent positioning

open access: yesDianxin kexue, 2023
Visible light communication is expected to be one of the key alternative technologies for 6G with the advantages of abundant spectrum resources, less susceptibility to electromagnetic pollution and green safety, which also provides a new idea for high ...

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

Conformism and cooperation in a local interaction model [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Evolutionary Economics, 2008
We analyze a local interaction model where agents play a bilateral prisoner’s dilemma game with their neighbors. Agents learn about behavior through payoff-biased imitation of their interaction neighbors (and possibly some agents beyond this set). We find that the eshel et al.

Cooperative localization with 802.15.4a CSS radios: Robustness to node failures

open access: yes, 2012
Cooperative positioning is a solution for location-aware applications where GPS-aided localization is unfeasible. In this paper, we provide a qualitative comparison between cooperative and non-cooperative localization under node-failure scenarios, in a ...

Heterozygous loss‐of‐function alleles associate the conserved 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease EXOSC10 with hypersensitivity to the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Signal control using vehicle localization probe data

open access: yes, 2010
This paper presents a simulation test bed and methodology for evaluating urban signalized junction control algorithms that use localization probe data from all vehicles in the local area.

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...
