Mapping Ground-based Coronagraphic Images to Helioprojective-Cartesian Coordinate System by Image Registration

open access: yesThe Astrophysical Journal
A few ground-based solar coronagraphs have been installed in western China for observing the low-layer corona in recent years. However, determining the helioprojective coordinates for the coronagraphic data with high precision is an important but ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Developmental programmes drive cellular plasticity, disease progression and therapy resistance in lung adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

Development of chemistry coordinate mapping approach for turbulent partially premixed combustion

open access: yes, 2013
Direct numerical simulation (DNS) coupling with chemistry coordinate mapping (CCM) is presented to simulate flame propagation and auto-ignition in a partially premixed syngas/air mixture.

Patient therapy outcome modeling in cancer organoids is improved by cancer‐associated fibroblasts and organoid assembly convolution

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Patient‐derived organoids (PDOs) from pancreatic, colorectal, and gastric cancers were used to evaluate standard and experimental therapies. Incorporating cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) into organoid cultures improved patient therapy outcome prediction.

Evaluation of shape mapping accuracy for measurements performed on coordinate measuring arm equipped with optical probe

open access: yes, 2011
Realizacja pomiarów może być dokonywana z wykorzystaniem różnego rodzaju technik pomiarowych. Obecnie w dobie nieustannego rozwoju technik wytwarzania i metrologii dużą rolę odgrywa możliwość dokładnej oceny mierzonego przedmiotu, a przez to odwzorowanie

Hierarchical Multiscale Fusion with Coordinate Attention for Lithologic Mapping from Remote Sensing

open access: yesRemote Sensing
Accurate lithologic maps derived from satellite imagery underpin structural interpretation, mineral exploration, and geohazard assessment. However, automated mapping in complex terranes remains challenging because spectrally similar units, narrow ...

Epigenetic heterogeneity and plasticity in therapy‐induced tumor states through single‐cell multi‐omics

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.
