COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Coordinate Questions in the Web Environment
This article contributes to the clarification of the coordinate reference systems (CRS) used by some Web mapping appli- cations. This is a complex issue, mainly because of a lack of pertinent information; there is little published literature on CRS, and ...

Colonoscopy is the leading endoscopic technique when it comes to implementing artificial intelligence-based tools to optimize the procedure. However, no database consisting of the colonoscope's coordinates exists, allowing for a mapping with timestamps of the colonoscope path through the colon.

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

CPR: Crossbar-grain Pruning for an RRAM-based Accelerator with Coordinate-based Weight Mapping
Resistive random access memory (RRAM)-based crossbar arrays with the process-in-memory (PIM) approach are emerging as a promising technique for accelerating deep neural networks (DNNs) with their high-speed and multi-level programming characteristics ...

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

The curvature coordinate system
The paper describes a concept for a curvature coordinate system on regular curved surfaces from which faceted surfaces with plane quadrangular facets can be designed. The lines of curvature are used as parametric lines for the curvature coordinate system

A neural hysteresis model for magnetostrictive sensors and actuators
In this article, a constraint factor is introduced into the hysteretic operator so that the hysteretic operator can pass through the origin in every minor coordinate system. Based on the hysteretic operator, an expanded input space is constructed.

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

On Dimensionality of Coordinate-Based Network Distance Mapping
In this paper, we investigate the veracity of a basic premise, “that network distance is Euclidean”, assumed in a class of recently proposed techniques that embed Internet hosts in a Euclidean space for the purpose of estimating the delay or “distance ...
