Grid Model for High-accuracy Coordinate Transformation of China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000 [PDF]
After implementing CGCS2000, establishing grid models for high-accuracy coordinate transformation which are mainly used to transform border lines and coordinate grids of topographic maps becomes an important issue in mapping applications. Consequently, a

The Reaction Coordinate Mapping in Quantum Thermodynamics [PDF]
We present an overview of the reaction coordinate approach to handling strong system-reservoir interactions in quantum thermodynamics. This technique is based on incorporating a collective degree of freedom of the reservoir (the reaction coordinate) into an enlarged system Hamiltonian (the supersystem), which is then treated explicitly.

Visualizing mapping as pedagogy for literacy futures
In this article, the authors explore mapping as a pedagogical approach. Drawn from two literacy classrooms, the authors report on five empirical examples of mapping, elucidating the ways in which mapping activities were sites of dynamic meaning-making ...

From Orchestration to Choreography through Contract Automata [PDF]
We study the relations between a contract automata and an interaction model. In the former model, distributed services are abstracted away as automata - oblivious of their partners - that coordinate with each other through an orchestrator.

ABSTRACT Background Children with sickle cell disease (SCD) face multiple acute and chronic medical complications that may impact their quality of life as reported by patients themselves. Health‐related social needs (HRSNs), such as food and housing insecurity, are common in people with SCD, but the association between HRSNs and patient‐reported ...

ABSTRACT Background Cerebellar ataxia after pediatric brain tumor treatment can cause persistent gait, balance, and speech impairment, yet no established rehabilitation strategy exists. Somato‐cognitive coordination therapy (SCCT) is a virtual reality–guided intervention designed to promote sensorimotor integration through visually constrained reaching

ABSTRACT Background Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common pediatric cancer, with an overall survival now surpassing 90% in developed countries. However, treatments are not without adverse effects. In this study, we apply the severe toxicity‐free survival (STFS) framework to determine the prevalence of 21 physician‐defined severe ...
