SUBSÍDIOS AO USO DE Copaifera langsdorffii Desf.

Phenotypic plasticity in Copaifera langsdorffii Desf. in different forest fragments in São Paulo state, Brazil [PDF]
Forest fragments are susceptible to environmental shifts and this demands high phenotypic plasticity of the species growing in these areas. In this context, the objective of the present work was to study the phenotypic plasticity of copaíba (Copaifera ...

Synchrony strategies of six gall inducers that share a superhost, Eugenia copacabanensis (Myrtaceae). [PDF]
Galling insects on the superhost Eugenia copacabanensis have developed different life cycle strategies to synchronize with plant seasonal changes and avoid competition for resources. Abstract The life cycles of galling insects are synchronized with their host plant phenology, allowing them to better explore available resources.

Tetrazolium test in Copaifera langsdorffii and Schizolobium parahyba seeds.

Divergent litter traits of riparian plant species between humid and drier biomes within the tropics
Riparian forests provide abundant plant litter – mostly in the form of dead leaves (hereafter litter) – for both forest soils and adjacent stream ecosystems, supporting terrestrial and aquatic detritus‐based food webs. Although the fate of litter is predominantly dependent on its chemical and physical traits, there is limited availability of data on ...

Chemical variability of Copaifera langsdorffii Desf. from environmentally contrasting populations
Copaifera langsdorffii Desf. is recognised as one of most famous medicinal and economic species of Copaiba, occurring in several distinct biomes. An untargeted metabolomic approach was used to evaluate the chemical variability of C. langsdorffii from contrasting climates biomes (Atlantic Rainflorest and the semiarid Cerrado).
