Characterization and Morphology of Copper Powder Particles as a Function of Different Electrolytic Regimes

open access: yesInternational Journal of Electrochemical Science, 2010
The effect different deposition regimes (constant and reversing currents), on the powdered copper electrodeposits morphology were investigated. The results obtained in constant regimes were compared with those obtained in reversing regimes.

Physical modeling of representative particles of electrodeposited copper powders [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the Serbian Chemical Society, 2006
A method for the estimation of the size of the representative particle of a copper powder is given. Cross sections of representative particles of flowing and non-flowing powders estimated by this procedure are also presented.

The effect of the particle shape and structure on the flowability of electrolytic copper powder. I. Modeling of a representative powder particle [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the Serbian Chemical Society, 2003
One of the most important properties of copper powder is its flowability which depends on the shape and the structure of the powder particles. A procedure for the determination of a representative powder particle permitting the free flow of copper powder

The effect of particle structure on apparent density of electrolytic copper powder [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the Serbian Chemical Society, 2001
The quantitative microstructural analysis and the sieve analysis of copper powder as well as the scanning electron microscopy analysis of the copper powders particles were performed. It was found that the structure of the copper powder particles

The effect of the particle shape and structure on the flowability of electrolytic copper powder. II. The experimental verification of the model of the representative powder particle [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the Serbian Chemical Society, 2003
An analysis of the effects of the shape, surface structure and size distribution of particles on the flowability of the copper powder was performed. It is shown that the most important property of the particles of a powder, regarding the flowability of ...

The effect of the particle shape and structure on the flowability of electrolytic copper powder. III. Amodel of the surface of a representative particle of flowing copper powder electrodeposited by re [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the Serbian Chemical Society, 2004
The structure of the surface of copper powder particles is discussed and correlated with the lowest apparent density at which copper powder can still flow.

Effects of ball milling on powder particle boundaries and properties of ODS copper [PDF]

open access: yesHigh Temperature Materials and Processes, 2021
Al2O3 dispersion-strengthened (ODS) copper has an excellent comprehensive performance due to the strong hindrance of the high concentration nano-Al2O3 to the dislocations inside copper grains.

Influence of the Shape of Copper Powder Particles on the Crystal Structure and Some Decisive Characteristics of the Metal Powders [PDF]

open access: yesMetals, 2019
Three different forms of Cu powder particles obtained by either galvanostatic electrolysis or a non-electrolytic method were analyzed by a scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and particle size distribution (PSD). Electrolytic procedures were performed under different hydrogen evolution conditions, leading to the formation of ...

Wood-Powder-Template-Based Syntheses and Tribology of Copper Oxide Particles as Lubricating Oil Additives

open access: yesTribology Online, 2020
Copper based particles were synthesized by a wood-powder-template-based process. Wood powders mixed with an aqueous cooper salt solution were heated under N2 gas flow, and then, the mixture of the charcoal powder and copper particles were heated in air ...
