Core-edge integrated modeling of ARC: on the effect of impurity transport and detachment conditions
Integrated modeling of ARC H-modes has been conducted to assess the feasibility of high-performance scenarios compatible with divertor detachment. The analysis incorporates self-consistent evolution of impurity radiation and density profiles, demonstrating that fusion power levels approaching a GW can be achieved while maintaining divertor temperatures

Abstract It is increasingly urgent to address core-edge integration issues for the design and construction of next-step fusion devices. Evidence of density shelf has appeared, for the first time, in the HL-2A tokamak with a closed, long-leg divertor configuration for the ion drift toward the magnetic X-point. The density shelf is manifested as

Intracerebral Hemorrhage Induces Monocyte TNF Signaling in Patients That Is Suppressed by BAF312
ABSTRACT Objective Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) causes high morbidity and mortality, with neurotoxic inflammation driven by infiltrating monocytes. This study is an in‐depth longitudinal examination of the immune response during the first week of ICH in the presence and absence of the immunomodulatory drug BAF312 (Siponimod).
