Bilateral corneal edema in an alcoholic male
Taiwan Journal of Ophthalmology, 2021 Pseudophakic bullous keratopathy and Fuchs' endothelial dystrophy are the two most common causes of corneal edema after cataract surgery. We report a 61-year-old alcoholic male with bilateral corneal edema that improved after his alcohol abstinence.
