A Technique for the Repair of Perforated Corneal Ulcers

A simple but effective technique for restoring the anterior chamber in cases of perforated corneal ulcer is reported. It consists of placing a thin slice of corneal tissue on the ulcer, covering it with a transparent membrane of silicone rubber, and holding the membrane and the tissue in place with tight overlying sutures.
