Serial Molecular‐Microstructural Multimodal Intravascular Imaging of Atherosclerotic Plaques in Mice
A novel longitudinal molecular and microstructural intravascular imaging approach is developed to study murine atherosclerosis. The technique combines a unique surgical model with a miniaturized multimodal device to detect macrophage activity and lipid simultaneously.

Polarity transitions of narrow bipolar events in thundercloud tops reaching the lower stratosphere
Blue corona discharges are often generated in thunderclouds penetrating into the stratosphere and are the optical manifestation of narrow bipolar events (NBEs) observed in radio signals.

Inception behaviour of pulsed positive corona in several gases
The inception probability and the streamer length of pulsed positive corona discharges is determined in argon, nitrogen, oxygen and air. This study is performed in a 25 mm point-plane gap at a pressure of 1 bar. The lowest voltage at which a discharge in

THSD7A Exacerbates Atherosclerosis via Activation of Signaling Axis αvβ3/CEBPD/IL1A
THSD7A exerts pro‐inflammatory effects and exacerbates atherosclerosis. Mechanistically, THSD7A regulates endothelial cell inflammation and atherosclerosis by activating the αvβ3/CEBPD/IL1A signaling axis. THSD7A is not only a genetic marker but also a potential therapeutic target for coronary artery disease (CAD).

Corona above water reactor for systematic study of aqueous phenol degradation
A small batch reactor is developed to study the removal of phenol from a thin layer of water by creating pulsed corona discharges above the water. Pulses of up to 40 kV are applied with a duration of ~50 ns and an energy of ~60 mJ.

Tumor‐associated inflammation retains antibody‐targeted or non‐specific antibody conjugated nanoparticles within the tumor microenvironment. Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI) enables non‐invasive detection and differentiation of tumors from other organs, owing to higher nanoparticle retention by inflammatory cells in the tumor periphery.

A Novel Antenna for Partial Discharge Measurements in GIS Based on Magnetic Field Detection
This paper presents a new concept for partial discharge measurements in gas insulated systems (GIS). The proposed technique uses a novel GIS magnetic antenna that measures the magnetic field produced by partial discharges (PD) propagating in GIS.

This study reveals the long‐elusive intracellular dissolution mechanism of carrier‐free nanomedicines. By utilizing peak‐shifted dual‐state emissive FRET nanoprobes (PDFNPs) that undergo a distinct ratiometric fluorescence peak shift upon disassembly, we achieve real‐time, quantitative tracking of dissolution kinetics in live cells.

Updatable Closed‐Form Evaluation of Arbitrarily Complex Multiport Network Connections
The inverse design of electrically large wave devices often uses reduced‐order multiport models with discrete optimization, requiring many evaluations of complex interconnections between subsystems that differ only in a few blocks. This paper introduces a closed‐form framework enabling efficient Woodbury low‐rank updates of related, previous ...
