We report the first case of alveolar hypoventilation due to diaphragmatic dysfunction in ATTRwt. Chest radiographs show little change in the height of the diaphragm during expiration (A) and inspiration (B). Ultrasound evaluation shows minimal diaphragmatic thickening during inspiration.
