Murray Law–Based Quantitative Flow Ratio Proficiency in Clinical Practice: Validating Routine Diagnostic Performance and Analyzing Learning Curve Thresholds

open access: yesJournal of the American Heart Association: Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease
Background Although second‐generation Murray law–based quantitative flow ratio uses artificial intelligence–driven automation to improve angiography‐derived physiological assessment, the impact of operator learning curves on its diagnostic reliability in

Supramolecular Degraders: An Emerging Paradigm in Targeted Protein Degradation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Dynamic supramolecular assembly reshapes targeted protein degradation by coordinating modular degrader construction, delivery, functional integration, and intracellular assembly or activation across proteasomal, endosomal–lysosomal, and autophagy–lysosomal pathways.

Dual pKa Lipid Nanoparticles for Lung‐tropic mRNA Delivery and pH‐Programmed Endosomal Escape

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Lipid nanoparticles’ bottleneck lies in low endosomal escape efficiency and liver‐dominant delivery after intravenous administration. To overcome these limitations, we present a stepwise pH‐programmed lipid nanoparticle system enabled by our newly synthesized ionizable lipid.

Primary antiphospholipid syndrome complicated by recurrent acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction: a case report

open access: yesFrontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine
Clinical management of primary antiphospholipid syndrome (PAPS) complicated by acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is particularly challenging, especially when recurrent AMI and thrombocytopenia are present.

Freestanding Hierarchical‐Porous BCZT Thin Films Enable Efficient Ultrasonic Energy Harvesting in Soft Tissue

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Freestanding hierarchical‐porous BCZT thin films integrate a compliant porous surface with a dense piezoceramic backbone to balance mechanical reliability, voltage sensitivity, and acoustic coupling. The films enable stable wearable pulse‐wave monitoring and enhanced tissue‐coupled ultrasonic energy harvesting, offering a promising route toward soft ...

Percutaneous coronary intervention in cardiac allograft vasculopathy: From lesion selection to longitudinal graft management

open access: yesJHLT Open
Cardiac allograft vasculopathy remains a major cause of late graft dysfunction and mortality after heart transplantation. Percutaneous coronary intervention can treat focal epicardial disease, but its role is complicated by diffuse epicardial involvement,

THSD7A Exacerbates Atherosclerosis via Activation of Signaling Axis αvβ3/CEBPD/IL1A

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
THSD7A exerts pro‐inflammatory effects and exacerbates atherosclerosis. Mechanistically, THSD7A regulates endothelial cell inflammation and atherosclerosis by activating the αvβ3/CEBPD/IL1A signaling axis. THSD7A is not only a genetic marker but also a potential therapeutic target for coronary artery disease (CAD).

Update in Coronary Physiology

open access: yesIndian Journal of Cardiovascular Disease in Women
Physiological assessment of coronary artery disease plays a key role in guiding myocardial revascularization, with robust evidence backing the use of fractional flow reserve (FFR) and other pressure-based indexes. Angiography has its limitations in the assessment of the severity of lesions.
