Nonlinear cross-spectrum analysis via the local Gaussian correlation
Spectrum analysis can detect frequency related structures in a time series $\{Y_t\}_{t\in\mathbb{Z}}$, but may in general be an inadequate tool if asymmetries or other nonlinear phenomena are present.

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Correlation and Path Analysis of Morphological Traits and Body Mass in Perca schrenkii
Perca schrenkii populations are experiencing significant declines, yet comprehensive morphological studies are still lacking. Understanding the relationship between morphological traits and body weight is crucial for conservation and breeding programs ...

Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.

Correlation analysis is a statistical method used to evaluate the strength of relationship between two quantitative variables. A high correlation means that two or more variables have a strong relationship with each other, while a weak correlation means that the variables are hardly related. In other words, it is the process of studying the strength of

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Statistical correlation analysis for comparing vibration data from test and analysis [PDF]
A theory was developed to compare vibration modes obtained by NASTRAN analysis with those obtained experimentally. Because many more analytical modes can be obtained than experimental modes, the analytical set was treated as expansion functions for ...
