Phenotypic and genotypic characterization of single circulating tumor cells in the follow‐up of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Combining antibody conjugates with cytotoxic and immune‐stimulating payloads maximizes anti‐cancer activity

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.

Dammarenediol II enhances etoposide‐induced apoptosis by targeting O‐GlcNAc transferase and Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling in liver cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Etoposide induces DNA damage, activating p53‐dependent apoptosis via caspase‐3/7, which cleaves PARP1. Dammarenediol II enhances this apoptotic pathway by suppressing O‐GlcNAc transferase activity, further decreasing O‐GlcNAcylation. The reduction in O‐GlcNAc levels boosts p53‐driven apoptosis and influences the Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling pathway ...

Correspondence Analysis

WIREs Computational Statistics, 2010
AbstractCorrespondence analysis (CA) is a method of data visualization that is applicable to cross‐tabular data such as counts, compositions, or any ratio‐scale data where relative values are of interest. All the data should be on the same scale and the row and column margins of the table must make sense as weighting factors because the analysis gives ...

Correspondence analysis

2014
Correspondence analysis is an exploratory technique for complex categorical data, typical of corpus-driven research. It identifies patterns of association and disassociation in those data. For instance, it can map the correlations between different uses of a linguistic form and its various social and/or morpho-syntactic contexts. The technique presents

Multiple Correspondence Analysis

2010
The purpose of this monograph is to provide a nontechnical introduction to Multiple Correspondence Analysis (MCA) as a method in its own right; no prior knowledge of Correspondence Analysis (CA) is needed. The presentation will be practically oriented and with the needs of research in mind: gathering relevant data, formulating questions of interest ...

Taxicab Correspondence Analysis

Psychometrika, 2006
Taxicab correspondence analysis is based on the taxicab singular value decomposition of a contingency table, and it shares some similar properties with correspondence analysis. It is more robust than the ordinary correspondence analysis, because it gives uniform weights to all the points.

Annotation: Correspondence Analysis

Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry, 1997
Correspondence analysis is a useful technique in the investigation of relationships between categorical variables. By displaying these relationships graphically, correspondence analysis solutions may allow investigators to obtain insights into the structure of their data more readily than would be obtained by simply studying tables of numerical values ...
