CORROSION 1991, 1991Abstract An overview of laboratory techniques for electrochemically measuring corrosion rate in aqueous solutions is presented. Techniques such as electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, polarization resistance, and potentiostatic polarization are discussed along with the assumptions made in using each technique.
