Lines are embossed and/or cut transversely or obliquely to the corrugations of the board and there are several embossings or cuts across the width of the corrugated board. Environment-friendly Corrugated Board Adhesive without Boron Compound
JAPAN TAPPI JOURNAL, 2012段ボール用接着剤の原材料の一つに硼素化合物(硼砂)が使用されている。しかし,硼素化合物は人体,環境に影響を及ぼす恐れがあり,ヨーロッパではREACH法の高懸念物質(SVHC)の候補に挙がっている。この硼素化合物(硼砂)の代替物質に鉱物由来のセピオライトを見出した。このセピオライトは,段ボール用接着剤での硼砂の役割である,保水性,粘度発現の機能を有している。我々は,このセピオライトの機能を活用し,硼砂を使用しない新しい段ボール用接着剤を開発した。この硼砂を使用しない無硼砂接着剤システムは,セピオライトの性能を十分に機能させる特殊な加工澱粉と混合して調製している専用澱粉を使用して得られ,特別な装置を必要とせず既存の設備で製糊できる段ボール用接着剤である。仕上がり物性は ...
