Spiritual Cannibalism in HRD: How Workplace Spirituality Devours Sacred Traditions
ABSTRACT This paper interrogates how the discourse of workplace spirituality in human resource development (HRD) operates as a tool of colonization. Through a systematic review of 48 articles published between 1997 and March 2025, the study uncovers recurring patterns of spiritual appropriation in which non‐Western traditions are detached from their ...

We show that with the help of a suitable coupling between dark energy and cold dark matter it is possible to reproduce any scaling solution $ _{X}\propto _{M}a^ $, where $ _{X}$ and $ _{M}$ are the densities of dark energy and dark matter, respectively. We demonstrate how the case $ = 1$ alleviates the coincidence problem. Future observations of

ABSTRACT Gender and race have received significant philosophical attention recently; they are the paradigm cases of social kinds in most philosophical accounts. I argue for the inclusion of caste as a social kind because it affects the lives of many people, and because it presents itself as an important test case for philosophers of social kinds.

The Truncated Lognormal Distribution as a Luminosity Function for SWIFT-BAT Gamma-Ray Bursts
The determination of the luminosity function (LF) in Gamma ray bursts (GRBs) depends on the adopted cosmology, each one characterized by its corresponding luminosity distance.

Cosmology with Phase 1 of the Square Kilometre Array Red Book 2018: Technical specifications and performance forecasts [PDF]
We present a detailed overview of the cosmological surveys that we aim to carry out with Phase 1 of the Square Kilometre Array (SKA1) and the science that they will enable.

We explore the cosmological solutions of a recently proposed extension of General Relativity with a Lorentz-invariant mass term. We show that the same constraint that removes the Boulware-Deser ghost in this theory also prohibits the existence of homogeneous and isotropic cosmological solutions.

We highlight the flexibility of the IPSO experiment-design framework by contrasting its application to CMB, weak lensing and redshift surveys. We illustrate the latter with a 10 parameter MCMC D-optimisation of a dark energy redshift survey. When averaged over a standard dark energy model space the resulting optimal survey typically has only one or two

ABSTRACT Nonlinear differential equations play a fundamental role in modeling complex physical phenomena across solid‐state physics, hydrodynamics, plasma physics, nonlinear optics, and biological systems. This study focuses on the Shynaray II‐A equation, a relatively less‐explored parametric nonlinear partial differential equation that describes ...

Plaints soient les Indiens du cosmos
While since the late 1960s, Americans draw in the Native American culture hoping to give a sense of their life back in a materialist society, the NASA space programme reflects a cosmology and an ethos injuring Zuni cosmology.

Brane cosmology from observational surveys and its comparison with standard FRW cosmology
Several dark energy models on the brane are investigated. They are compared with corresponding theories in the frame of 4d Friedmann-Robertson-Walker cosmology.
