String Theory and Cosmology [PDF]
We discuss the main cosmological implications of considering string-loop effects and a potential for the dilaton in the lowest order string effective action.

Cosmology from String Theory [PDF]
We explore the cosmological content of Salam-Sezgin six dimensional supergravity, and find a solution to the field equations in qualitative agreement with observation of distant supernovae, primordial nucleosynthesis abundances, and recent measurements ...

Inflationary Cosmology: Theory and Phenomenology [PDF]
This article gives a brief overview of some of the theory behind the inflationary cosmology, and discusses prospects for constraining inflation using observations.

Inhomogeneous M-theory cosmologies [PDF]
We study a class of inhomogeneous and anisotropic G2 string cosmological models. In the case of separable G2 models we show that the governing equations reduce to a system of ordinary differential equations. We focus on a class of separable G2 M-theory cosmological models, and study their qualitative behavior (a class of models with time-reversed ...

Cosmological theory without singularities [PDF]
A theory of gravitation is constructed in which all homogeneous and isotropic solutions are nonsingular, and in which all curvature invariants are bounded. All solutions for which curvature invariants approach their limiting values approach de Sitter space. The action for this theory is obtained by a higher derivative modification of Einstein's theory.

Mixing particle production for relaxion mechanism
We consider the production of two heavy gauge bosons as a relaxation stopping mechanism. In this work, we analyse the conditions for a tachyonic mode for a linear combination of gauge bosons and show that the criteria are significantly different than the

Metric algebroid and Dirac generating operator in Double Field Theory
We give a formulation of Double Field Theory (DFT) based on a metric algebroid. We derive a covariant completion of the Bianchi identities, i.e. the pre-Bianchi identity in torsion and an improved generalized curvature, and the pre-Bianchi identity ...

Dark matter and dark energy from a Kaluza–Klein inspired Brans–Dicke gravity with barotropic fluid
We study the Kaluza–Klein inspired Brans–Dicke model with barotropic matter. Following from our previous work, the traditional Kaluza–Klein gravity action is introduced with an additional scalar field and 2 gauge fields.

Current status on pair-produced muon-philic vectorlike leptons in multilepton channels at the LHC
In this work, we obtain the current limits on the pair production of vectorlike leptons decaying to a Standard Model gauge boson and a lepton in the second generation using the Run-2 data at the LHC.

Effects of odderon spin on helicity amplitudes in pp elastic scattering
In recent years, the discovery of the odderon, a colorless C-odd gluonic compound, has been confirmed in the TOTEM and D0 collaborations. However, the spin quantum number of the odderon remains unidentified.
