Study of Zn‐Astrakanite/CuO/ZnO Nanocomposite Using Tribulus terrestris Aqueous Extract, and Their Structural, Optical, Morphological, Dielectric, and Bacterial Properties

open access: yesMicroscopy Research and Technique, Volume 88, Issue 12, Page 3226-3238, December 2025.
Upon UV–vis characterization of biosynthesized Cu doped ZnO nanoparticles, it was found that their bandgap energy was 2.73 eV. In the biosynthesized nanoparticles, metal oxides and functional groups were identified by FTIR analysis. In both Zn‐O and Cu‐O lattices, 472 cm−1 and 523 cm−1 were observed, respectively.
