Tripled Coincidence and Common Fixed Point Results for Two Pairs of Hybrid Mappings
The tripled fixed point is a generalization of the well-known concept of “coupled fixed point.” In this paper, tripled coincidence and common fixed point results for two hybrid pairs consisting of multivalued and single valued mappings on a metric ...

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Some strong coupled coincidence and coupled best proximity results on complete metric spaces
In this paper, the concept of Wardowski’s class of contraction is integrated with that of g-coupling to define some F-contractive type g-couplings. We establish existence results for a coupled coincidence point, a strong coupled coincidence point, and a ...

A Generalized Neutrosophic Metric Space and Coupled Coincidence Point Results
This work introduces the notion of J-Neutrosophic Metric Space using the concept of Neutrosophic Sets. We analyze and extend some coupled coincidence point results on θJN -coupled and compatible mappings G : A × A → A and h : A → A where G has the mixed h-monotone property. We support the proposed result with suitable example.

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Coupled Coincidence Point Results for (ψ,α,β)-Weak Contractions in Partially Ordered Metric Spaces
In this paper coupled coincidence points of mappings satisfying a nonlinear contractive condition in the framework of partially ordered metric spaces are obtained. Our results extend the results of Harjani et al. (2011).

Contributions to the coupled coincidence point problem in b-metric spaces with applications
The aim of this paper is to present, in the context of b-metric spaces, coupled coincidence point theorems under some contraction type conditions. The method is based on the application of some coincidence point theorems of Ran-Reurings type in ordered b-metric spaces. Some applications will illustrate the theory.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...
