Patterned ELR‐Gelatin Hydrogels Enable Rapid Endothelial Monolayer Formation via Bioactive Matrix Chemistry and Surface Topography

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Micro‐ and nano‐patterned elastin‐like recombinamer (ELR) hydrogels integrate bioactive matrix chemistry with defined surface topography. The combined cues promote rapid endothelial cell capture, alignment, and monolayer formation on soft substrates.

Coupled Inductors and their Applications

2019 International Symposium on Electromagnetic Compatibility - EMC EUROPE, 2019
This article describes the topic of coupled inductors and their EMC advantages when used in switching power supplies. It is explained how a coupled inductor works, which advantages and disadvantages it has and how it can be applied in principle. Furthermore, various DC-DC converter topologies with coupled inductors are explained and a practical example

Modified Series and Tapped Switched-Coupled-Inductors Quasi-Z-Source Networks

IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, 2019
This paper proposes two coupled-inductors-based Z-source networks, called the modified series and tapped switched-coupled-inductors quasi-Z-source networks (mSSCL-qZSN and mTSCL-qZSN, respectively).

Differential-Mode and Common-Mode Coupled Inductors for Parallel Three-Phase AC–DC Converters

IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, 2019
In this paper, an integrated structure of coupled inductors is proposed for three-phase ac–dc power conversion. According to the differential-mode and common-mode, three coupled inductors are integrated into two inductors; one for suppressing only ...
