The solutions of coupled nonlinear equations exhibit a number of interesting phenomena that do not occur in the linear regime. Chemical reactions provide many examples of such coupled nonlinear equations and hence may be used to demonstrate such phenomena. In this chapter we discuss three of them briefly.
