Pandemics, epidemics and inequities in routine childhood vaccination coverage: a rapid review

open access: yesBMJ Paediatrics Open, 2020
Inequity in routine childhood vaccination coverage is well researched. Pandemics disrupt infrastructure and divert health resources from preventive care, including vaccination programmes, leading to increased vaccine preventable morbidity and mortality ...

Automatic Test Case Generation Using Many-Objective Search and Principal Component Analysis

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2022
Test case generation in essence is a many-objective optimization problem, with objectives such as program statements and branches. Currently, the DynaMOSA algorithm built on the EvoSuite framework simultaneously searches multiple objectives and ...

Heterozygous loss‐of‐function alleles associate the conserved 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease EXOSC10 with hypersensitivity to the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Test Coverage Criteria for Agent Interaction Testing [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
By the very definition of complex systems, complex behaviour emerges from the interactions between the individual parts. This emergent behaviour may be difficult or impossible to predict by analysing the parts. As a result, systematic and thorough testing of the interactions of complex systems, including multi-agent systems, is an important part of the

On‐line tracing of XACML‐based policy coverage criteria [PDF]

open access: yesIET Software, 2018
Currently, eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML) has becoming the standard for implementing access control policies and consequently more attention is dedicated to testing the correctness of XACML policies. In particular, coverage measures can be adopted for assessing test strategy effectiveness in exercising the policy elements. This study
