Separation and covering properties of frames
We present the concept of a frame and the related notion of spatiality. We consider the classical separation axioms in the frame setting and relate these to frame covering properties.

Coideals as remainders of groups distinguishing between combinatorial covering properties
In this paper we construct consistent examples of subgroups of $2^\omega$ with Menger remainders which fail to have other stronger combinatorial covering properties. This answers several open questions asked by Bella, Tokgoz and Zdomskyy (Arch.

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

On ideal sequence covering maps
In this paper we introduce the concept of ideal sequence covering map which is a generalization of sequence covering map, and investigate some of its properties.

Chang's model and covering properties
The author studies the covering properties of the Chang model C (the equivalent of the constructible universe for the infinitary language \({\mathcal L}_{\omega_ 1,\omega_ 1})\) and of the model \(N=\cup \{L(A)\); A countable set of ordinals\(\}\). She shows, e.g., that the failure of the covering property for C is equiconsistent with the existence of ...

Evolutionarily divergent DUF4465 domains have a common vitamin B12‐binding function
We show that DUF4465 family proteins, widespread across bacteria from gut microbiomes, hydrothermal vents, and soil, share a common vitamin B12‐binding function. These augmented β‐jellyroll proteins bind vitamin B12 via extended loops. Our findings establish sequence‐diverse DUF4465 proteins as a widespread class of B12‐binding proteins, highlighting ...

Characterization of the impact of relevant process parameters on the heat transfer and the resulting mechanical properties using multi-phase steel grades [PDF]
In the field of tailored hot stamping, the HTC has been calculated processing dual phase and complex phase steels, both varying quenching temperature on one part of the tool and contact pressure, in order to achieve tailored properties.

Negative (and positive) circles in signed graphs: A problem collection
A signed graph is a graph whose edges are labeled positive or negative. The sign of a circle (cycle, circuit) is the product of the signs of its edges. Most of the essential properties of a signed graph depend on the signs of its circles. Here I describe

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Star-covering properties: Generalized Ψ-spaces, countability conditions, reflection
We investigate star-covering properties of Ψ-like spaces. We show star-Lindelöfness is reflected by open perfect mappings.
