SpaMode introduces a versatile framework for spatial multi‐omics integration across vertical, horizontal, and mosaic scenarios. By disentangling modality‐invariant and variant features through a mixture‐of‐experts mechanism, it adaptively reconfigures spatially heterogeneous signals.

Baryogenesis from cosmological CP breaking
We show that baryogenesis can arise from the cosmological evolution of a scalar field that governs CP-violating parameters, such as the Yukawa couplings and the theta terms of the Standard Model.

Discrete Symmetries (C,P,T) in Noncommutative Field Theories [PDF]
In this paper we study the invariance of the noncmmutative gauge theories under C, P and T transformations. For the noncommutative space (when only the spatial part of $\theta$ is non-zero) we show that NCQED is Parity invariant.

CP-odd and CP-even weak-basis invariants in the presence of vector-like quarks
Abstract We propose a minimal set of weak-basis invariants in an extension of the standard model (SM) where one up-type isosinglet vector-like quark is introduced, which allows us to obtain all the physical content of the CKM matrix. We present CP-odd invariants of lower order in mass than the one in the SM, which may have important ...

Helical Electron Beam Micro‐Bunching by High‐Order Modes in a Micro‐Plasma Waveguide
ABSTRACT Electron acceleration by a high‐power Laguerre‐Gaussian pulse in a micro‐plasma waveguide is investigated. When the incident laser travels in the waveguide, electrons on the wall are extracted into the vacuum core and accelerated by the longitudinal field of the waveguide mode.

Radiatively-induced gravitational leptogenesis
We demonstrate how loop effects in gravitational backgrounds lead to a difference in the propagation of matter and antimatter, and show this is forbidden in flat space due to CPT and translation invariance.

Review of the PQCD approach to exclusive B decays [PDF]
I review important aspects of the perturbative QCD approach to exclusive $B$ meson decays, concentrating on factorization theorem, gauge invariance, end-point singularities, $k_T$ and threshold resummations, power counting, penguin enhancement, and CP ...

A conversion‐resolved constitutive framework is developed for the hydrogen‐based direct reduction of iron oxide pellets. Effective reaction and transport timescales are inferred directly from measured trajectories and mapped against operating conditions, pellet architecture, and composition. The analysis reveals how late‐stage transport control emerges

Top-quark Yukawa coupling with a dimension-6 operator [PDF]
We extend the standard top-quark Yukawa coupling with a dimension-6 operator in order to accommodate a CP violating complex phase with manifest gauge invariance. This leads to a new ttHH contact interaction, along with many Goldstone boson couplings.
