RIP1, RIP3, and MLKL Contribute to Cell Death Caused by
Clostridium perfringens type F strains cause gastrointestinal disease when they produce a pore-forming toxin named C. perfringens enterotoxin (CPE). In human enterocyte-like Caco-2 cells, low CPE concentrations cause caspase-3-dependent apoptosis, while ...

Flux Analysis of the Supercapacitor Performance at Component Level
The central objective of this study is to introduce new approach and metrics for analyzing the supercapacitor performance at the component level. The lack of standardized evaluation methodologies for analyzing the nonlinear behavior of real system is critical and hinders progress of supercapacitor.

A Multi-perspective Analysis of Carrier-Grade NAT Deployment
As ISPs face IPv4 address scarcity they increasingly turn to network address translation (NAT) to accommodate the address needs of their customers. Recently, ISPs have moved beyond employing NATs only directly at individual customers and instead begun ...

Attenuation of Influenza a Virus into Live Vaccines Through C‐End Degrons
Naturally occurring C‐end degrons are exploited to design proteolysis‐targeting live attenuated influenza vaccines. C‐end degron tagging of viral M1 protein promotes proteasome‐dependent degradation, resulting in robust attenuation in host cells while permitting scalable production in engineered cells.

We generated multi‐tissue single‐cell transcriptomic atlases of camels and cattle, uncovering conserved and lineage‐specific cellular features across digestive and metabolic systems. Cross‐species comparisons revealed the evolutionary origin of the camel glandular sac and identified novel cell populations linked to physiological specialization ...

In wild‐type cells, FIPV infection recruits CLTC to nsp3, facilitates DMV biogenesis and block autophagic flux to promote viral replication. CLTC knockout impairs autophagosome nucleation by reducing Beclin1–ATG14 complex expression. This disrupts the formation of autophagic precursor membranes, thereby preventing their hijacking by nsp3 for DMV ...
