Protein Delivery by PTDs/CPPs

2021
The ability to deliver or transduce proteins into cells allows for the manipulation of cell biology in culture, preclinical models, and potentially human disease. Fusion proteins containing the TAT peptide transduction domain (PTD), also known as cell-penetrating peptide (CPP), allow for delivery of a wide variety of proteins, including enzymes ...

Toxicity Methods for CPPs

2010
CPPs have for numerous years been utilized as delivery vectors of various pharmaceutically interesting cargoes, both in vitro and in vivo. As CPPs are gradually approaching the bedsides, investigating toxicity associated with these highly interesting peptides becomes increasingly important and thorough initial assessment of cytotoxicity in vitro is a ...

CPP denotational semantics

Proceedings Third IEEE International Workshop on Source Code Analysis and Manipulation, 2004
We show that CPP, the preprocessor of the C language, can be seen as a programming language in which directives are statements, parametrized macros are functions, files are procedures, directories are modules, and command lines are programs. The semantics of CPP can therefore be described using traditional techniques.

Efficacy of pastes containing CPP-ACP and CPP-ACFP in patients with Sjögren’s syndrome

Clinical Oral Investigations, 2015
The purpose of this study was to evaluate efficacy of casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate (CPP-ACP) and casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium fluoride phosphate (CPP-ACFP) containing pastes among individuals with Sjögren's syndrome (SS).Thirty patients were randomised into three groups: CPP-ACP, CPP-ACFP, and 0.05 % NaF to be used two ...

Testing Membrane Interactions of CPPs

2010
The chapter deals with some biophysical methods used for investigating CPP-induced changes in membrane properties by spectroscopy methods such as fluorescence or NMR and methods used for probing CPP-induced leakage in membranes. Some useful model systems for biomembranes are described.
