采用氯化锌浸渍活化法制备了氯化锌造孔壳炭,研究了其对废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效果,并采用SEM、FTIR和BET等方法对改性壳炭的结构进行了表征。结果表明,处理初始Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度为20 mg/L的水样,当温度为25℃,改性壳炭投加量为0.5 g,pH为2.0,吸附时间为180 min时,Cr(Ⅵ)去除率为98.8%,最大Cr(Ⅵ)吸附量为11.284 mg/g。拟合结果显示,Langmuir等温吸附方程可以较好地拟合改性壳炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附过程,该动态吸附平衡遵循拟二级动力学方程。

以Na2SiOs为硅源,非离子型表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚A(EO)9为模板剂合成了介孔Cr-MSU-1,并通过XRD、HRTEM、N2吸附-脱附、FT-IR和DR UV-Vis等手段对其进行了表征.结果表明,Cr进入了介孔MSU-1骨架中,并大部分以四配位的Cr(Ⅵ)形式存在.将Cr-MSU-1作为催化剂用于CO2氧化乙烷脱氢反应,表现出了良好的催化活性,650℃下乙烷的转化率和乙烯的选择性分别为31.7%和96.1%

针对工业废水中六价铬〔Cr(Ⅵ)〕高毒性且难以高效去除的问题,本研究成功制备了一种负载硫化亚铁的磷酸改性生物炭复合材料(FeS-PBC),并系统考察其对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除性能及作用机制。结果表明,在600 °C、40% H3PO4浓度、热解时间2 h,FeS与PBC的质量比为2∶1时,FeS-PBC表现出最佳的Cr(Ⅵ)去除性能:在初始Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度为100 mg/L、pH=4.5、温度为25 °C条件下,去除率达87.3%,为未改性生物炭的5.5倍;当温度升至35 °C时,最大吸附容量可达123 ...
