Adaptor protein CIN85 potentiates the motility of osteosarcoma cells via the Akt/mTOR and MMP2‐COL3A1 axis

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer

Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

改性木屑处理含Cr(Ⅵ)废水的研究

通过正交试验选择制备改性木屑的最佳条件,水解改性后的木屑能将Cr(Ⅵ)还原成Cr ̄(3+)每克改性木屑对Cr(Ⅵ)的最大还原能力为490mg将其装成柱子,让ρ_(Cr)(Ⅵ)=86mg/L及pH=2的含Cr(Ⅵ)电镀废水通过柱子,其接触时间不小于6min,Cr(Ⅵ)的还原率在99.5%以上.

低温等离子体技术同步去除水中Cr(Ⅵ)和苯酚的研究

利用介质阻挡放电低温等离子体技术实现了废水中Cr(Ⅵ)和苯酚的同步去除。研究表明,低温等离子体对苯酚和Cr(Ⅵ)有较强的去除能力。其中·OH在苯酚氧化降解过程中起主要作用,而·OH的消耗能够明显促进Cr(Ⅵ)的还原。分析了苯酚和Cr(Ⅵ)共存条件下污染物的去除效果,发现去除过程中苯酚和Cr(Ⅵ)存在协同作用:苯酚能够与·OH发生反应,增加还原性·H含量,促进Cr(Ⅵ)的还原;Cr(Ⅵ)通过消耗还原性物质,间接增加了与苯酚反应的·OH含量,促进苯酚的降解。

流动注射分离-原子吸收光谱法测定底泥中生物可利用态Cr(Ⅵ)和Cr(Ⅲ)

湖泊底泥中生物可利用态铬是对湖泊生态环境最有影响的铬赋存形态,分别用弱有机酸或螯合缓冲剂对底泥中生物可利用态铬进行萃取分离。在流动注射系统中,分别以串联在流路中阴、阳离子交换微型柱分离,NH4NO3+抗坏血酸和H2SO4两种洗脱液同时逆向洗脱,实现了对底泥可利用态铬中Cr(Ⅵ)和Cr(Ⅲ)同时在线分离和原子吸收光谱法测定。交换时间2min,洗脱50s,Cr(Ⅵ)和Cr(Ⅲ)回收率分别为85.4%~94.8%和96.7%~106%。本方法对实际样品中不同价态铬进行测定,铬回收率可达95%。Cr(Ⅵ ...
